GARADE DOOR OPERATORS

FAAC manufacture two types of garage door operators for the UK market. They are the 531 and 576. Both are recognised in the industry to be the most robust and efficient.

FAAC 531 Operator - The 531 is primarily for single garage doors but has an impressive pulling force of 600N. This pulling force is critical when selecting your garage door operator, you will find inferior brands have a much lower pulling force. The 531 can operate sprung and sectional doors.
For the counter balanced door a GDA3000 adaptor will be required. There is a built in control board with courtesy light and FAAC's innovative SoftStart and SoftStop design feature. The carriage speed for the 531 is 11cm/second.

FAAC 576 Operator - The 576 is primarily for double garage doors and has an impressive pulling force of 1000N. This pulling force is critical when selecting your garage door operator, you will find inferior brands have a much lower pulling force. The 576 can operate sprung and sectional doors. For the counter balanced door a GDA3000 adaptor will be required. There is a built in control board with courtesy light and FAAC's innovative SoftStart and SoftStop design feature. The carriage speed for the 576 is 14cm/second.

Both operators are controlled from the comfort of your car by the FAAC 868MHz uniquely coded radio system. The FAAC 868 MHz radio system comes in the form of a small two button fob (three and four button fobs are available on request).
